Terms and Conditions

Effective 26 October 2026 · Sweden

1. About Lunchly and your contract

Lunchly provides an online ordering and workplace-delivery service in Sweden. Support is available at support@lunchlys.com.

The checkout or order confirmation identifies the seller and contracting party for your order. If Lunchly is identified as the seller, Lunchly is responsible for the order, including delivery complaints. If a restaurant is identified as the seller, that restaurant is responsible for the food while Lunchly remains responsible for services it provides directly.

2. Ordering and contract formation

Before placing an order, you can review the meals, quantities, total price in SEK, payment method, delivery location and estimated delivery time. By selecting the final “Order and pay” or equivalent button, you make a binding order with an obligation to pay.

A contract is formed when the order is accepted and an order confirmation is displayed or sent. Contact support promptly if the confirmation contains an error.

3. Prices and payment

All consumer prices are shown in Swedish kronor and include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Any delivery or service fee is shown before the order is placed. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Company-invoice orders are billed under the agreement with the customer’s workplace.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. You must provide an accurate workplace, desk/location and reachable phone number. If an order is materially delayed, missing or delivered incorrectly, contact support so that we can investigate and offer the remedy required by Swedish consumer law.

5. Cancellations and right of withdrawal

Prepared meals and other food that deteriorates or expires rapidly are generally exempt from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. You may still cancel before delivery under mandatory Swedish consumer rules, but reasonable costs already incurred in preparing the order may be charged where the law permits.

To request cancellation, use the support function or email support immediately with the order number. A cancellation is effective only when confirmed.

6. Food information and allergies

Restaurants are responsible for accurate ingredient and allergen information. If you have an allergy or intolerance, review the item information and contact the restaurant or Lunchly before ordering. Notes are not a substitute for confirming allergen requirements.

7. Complaints and refunds

Inspect the order when received. Report missing, incorrect, damaged, unsafe or unreasonably delayed food as soon as possible, including the order number and relevant evidence. Depending on the circumstances and mandatory law, the remedy may include correction, redelivery, a price reduction or refund.

8. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep login codes and account access secure. Do not misuse the service, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with the platform or use another person’s account. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or a serious breach of these terms.

9. Personal data

We process account, contact, workplace, order, payment-status and delivery information to provide the service, comply with law, prevent fraud and handle support. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe. You may contact support to exercise applicable data-protection rights or ask how your information is used.

10. Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Swedish or EU consumer law. We are not responsible for loss caused by information you provide incorrectly, events outside reasonable control, or indirect business loss, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Disputes and governing law

Swedish law applies. Please contact support first. A consumer may also refer a dispute to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) and may use any other competent dispute-resolution or court process available under mandatory law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms prospectively. The terms displayed when an order is placed apply to that order. Material changes will be communicated through the service where required.
